• The mattress may remain slightly damp for up to 12 hours after cleaning.

• Drying time varies depending on fabric type and room ventilation.

• Some tough stains (such as wine, coffee, blood, oil, paint, dye transfer, pet stains, or pre-existing damage) may not be fully removable.

• Our specialists will advise if certain stains or fabrics are unsuitable for specific cleaning methods.

• Please cover items not included in the service, as we cannot be responsible for residue on uncovered belongings.
