Important Information Before Booking

• Curtains may remain slightly damp for up to 12 hours, depending on fabric type and ventilation.

• Our team will advise if any cleaning methods aren’t suitable for your curtains.

• A set of curtains is considered two pieces. Please measure the full fabric length end-to-end (not frame size).

• Some tough stains (wine, coffee, blood, oil, paint, dye transfer, pet stains, or pre-existing damage) may not be completely removable.

• Please cover items not included in the service, as we cannot be responsible for residue on uncovered belongings.
