Know This Before You Book

• Service starts at AED 149 for the first hour

• AED 75 charged for every additional 30 minutes

• A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used

• If a quote is requested but not approved, 50% of the visit fee will apply

• Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment incur 50% of the booking value

• Please provide fixture details in the booking instructions

• Heavy or complex fixtures may require additional time or manpower

• Additional materials (hooks, fittings, cables, etc.) are billed separately, plus a procurement fee of AED 40

• Material availability may take 2–3 days; if unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable

• For drilling work on Sundays, public holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), required permits must be arranged in advance

• Please ensure full access to the work area; if access or permits are unavailable, the service fee will still apply
